Megan and I made pumpkin coconut cookies today. Well, mostly Megan made them and I chatted with her while doing the dishes. They are seriously soooo good! Next, I'm going to try making them into muffins. I think it is doable. I'll keep you posted. In the mean time I'm going to enjoy these wonderful (and now frosted) cookies.
